The leaders den isn't nestled close to anything in particular. In fact it's kind of situated quite far from the others. Perhaps it's to keep the words of importance from echoing to another's ear or perhaps its just that the leader should go down with the ship. Either way, there's an exit near the leader's den should an emergency exit occur, though it will require slipping through some twigs and bramble. The small cave is covered with a mossy entrance and has a rather large hole in the ceiling to shed light into the den. Don't worry, it's easily covered in the winter and keeps everything nice and cozy.

The elders den is nearest an exit, though the hidden of most exits. In fact it's right across from the Nursery. Perhaps strategically chosen to let the old life thrive on the new. This den is quite cozy, spacious enough for those to have their own room, though close enough to keep eachother warm. The floor is filled with moss to pad the old bodies and many try to sneak off here to have a small nap. Kits love the old stories of glory and hardships and it won't be long before they join these ranks and tell their own.

The warriors den is by far the largest and located in the center of camp. Or as close to center as you can get. As the tunnels wind, you'll find a few empty dens should patrols need to be stationed near all entrances/exits. The den isn't as comfy as the elders or nursery, but it serves its purpose.

Most apprentices would feel quite cheated on their den. It's quite cramped, and rightly so. The small things need to learn to get along so that in the long run they work well as a team. Or at least that's the story of it. The young cats curl up touching on another and sometimes sleeping on top of the other.
